Absolute Martial Arts

This club belongs to my son Craig and daughter-in-law Rachel I have seen Absolute grow from a few students to a friendly family club who welcome all children and adults regardless of ability and age I am 54 and also train This is a non biased view and I can say Craig, Rachel and all the coaching team do a fantastic job they are all attentive and want the best for the students. They create a welcoming atmosphere There are tournaments too if you wish to participate but no one is made to do anything they dont wish to do Cant wait for our grandsons to start training

AMA is a fantastic kickboxing club for all ages, the coaching team are always friendly and knowledgeable. I was nervous about starting at AMA (being an uncoordinated mum of three and VERY rusty in my fitness) but immediately felt welcomed and at ease. They often push me out of my comfort zone and encourage everyone to be the best them. Perfect balance between friendliness and professionalism!

Great family run club. My kids have been going for over 4 years and absolutely love it. Great for fitness, confidence, self defence, discipline and more. If you want the best go Absolute!!
