        This is a great sports center for children's entertainment with trampolines, soft play, cafe. Outside there is a playground and a scooter park. The atmosphere is great! I strongly recommend it!

        Poor experience today. Booked 3 children into the trampoline park. Two 8 year olds and one 6 year old (all who have been in numerous time before to the trampoline park). Was told at check-in one adult must attend with my 6 year old due to insurance (which we were happy to do), to be then told there is no availability for the extra adult- therefore my 6 year old couldnt enter whatsoever. He was obviously is flood of tears! Also, complete lack of empathy from the staff while my son was crying while the other 2 8 year olds could enter. Asked for a refund if not allowing the 6 year old in- staff said no refunds! I asked to speak to the Manager who then said okay and let an adult in so my 6 year old could in fact go in. Nice to finally see a smile on my boys face but nightmare !!!

        The staff girl was rude thank the manager came and sort out the situation i asked to bring one more juice as i paid 1 extra and neither they are helpful i like only one host i give her 5 star but other girl was rude trying to push and ignore us so agressive

        Kids absolutely love it. 8 for a child & adult and you can see you child playing if youre in the seating area which is always a worry.
