      • The Vodka Tourists

        Bill and his team erected garden fencing and returfed our lawn at the end of September last year, 2020. They were paid in full within an hour of completing the work. A few days after this it became apparent that the fencing was poorly installed in parts and the returfing of our lawn was very uneven and patchy. I contacted Bill immediately and asked if he could come back to do the snagging works. He promised that he would. Weeks and months have gone by and despite me contacting him, he never replies to messages and clearly has no intention of returning to rectify what now looks to be very poor quality work. We are really disappointed and disillusioned by this. I would not engage Bill and his team again and would recommend anyone thinking of using this company to think long and hard about using them. A very bad experience. Service: Wood fence installation
