If possible it would be a no star, asked for fruit cake for bottom tier and got sponge cake and asked for cascading roses and got cascading petals, and she texted me the day before my wedding only to tell me that she can't do the cupcakes, so stay well clear of her and won't recommend her, she has also refused to give deposit back fo cake stand as she provided 20 substandard cupcakes, as I said above STAY WELL CLEAR OF HER

Awful experience!!! I started my order on 04/05/2022 being 2 months before I needed the cake. I received a price for the cake and was told I would receive a drawing of what they could do as it was a specialised cake I was wanting. Great you would think!!! NO - I kept chasing via email, text and phone but nothing. My last phone call was 2 weeks before when I asked again when will I see the drawing. Again nothing and left it too late for me to go elsewhere. Absolutely disgusting, if they didnt want to do it they should of said and given me the opportunity to go elsewhere. This was a cake for my husbands 50th birthday and Im now left with a make do home decorated cake. Appauling customer service!!! If I could have rated this zero I would of done. Like Comment Share

i have ordered cupcakes several times and a birthday cake off this lady. all tasted gorgeous and looked amazing. will continue to use this service. excellent all round. thanku

Very unreliable paid a deposit and we decided not to go with her because she didn't turn up and leaving us 4 months to find another person.

I wouldn't even give 1 star... Absolutely appalling service, took a deposit then wouldn't show up for a consultation then was promised my deposit back but haven't received anything and then blocked/ ignored from any communication... So I was left 30 down and having to rush to find someone to do my wedding cake with 4mnths notice.
