        Big mistake was to provide landline number to pass to Parcelforce Invasive calls mid evening yesterday and then before 8 this morning and a third one later on Parcelforce just needed to tell me the delivery is on its way Thank you so much Product is probably ok

        I ordered a Husqvarna axe online that was packaged and sent the same day. Despite being well packaged there was a small crack in the plastic blade cover that must have happened in transit. Once informed, they sent me a new one without delay and I was kept up to date by email. Very efficient and highly recommended.
