I've been suffering from a long term running injury and have recently enjoyed a succession of 3 appointments with Carmen. My foot was numb and always feeling cold and I've felt unbalanced and unsteady on my feet. Since my first appointment some feeling has returned to my foot, it doesn't feel the cold now and I am optimistic that with a few more sessions my issues might be resolved. Carmen takes considerable time to understand my problem and with her extensive knowledge (and numerous qualifications) I feel totally confident in recommending her to anyone who might have a physical injury.

I have been seeing Carmen regularly for treatment of my carpal tunnel syndrome and tennis elbow. The resulting relief has been incredible. After just 3 treatments both conditions have been reduced to almost nothing. Carmens knowledge of the body and how it works is incredible and I feel incredibly safe in her hands. This is not your standard massage this is life changing. Highly recommended if you are living with long or short term pain

Highly recommend Makepeace and Massage. After years of seeing back specialists, chiropractors, physiotherapists, and trying alternative therapies, Carmin very quickly suggested where the source of my back pain was really coming from, my hips! This was confirmed during my fascia massage. She's hugely knowledgeable about anatomy, which was evident in her explanation of why my back is painful and which muscles are responsible and why. I really like her gentle treatment ethos and am looking forward to our further sessions. Beyond thrilled to have finally found some answers. Thank you!!
