My poor old laptop had seen better days and I needed a new one, or so I thought until I spoke to Richard. He took it in and within a couple of days it was returned to me, upgraded, cleaned and as quick as lightning. I am absolutely delighted with my 'new' laptop and with the service I received - Richard kept me up to date with progress and then his after sales service was very attentive also. I would have no hesitation in recommending him for anybody's IT problems. Thanks Richard.

My sincere thanks to Richard for repairing an old laptop which contained some precious personal memories which I thought had been lost forever.
