        I have been coming to Rachel's classes on and off for nearly 4 years now. Rachel is honestly one of the most amazing teachers you will ever meet. She has a really calming influence, the space is peaceful and serene and her classes are to suit all abilities. I particularly like that each pose/flow is instructed so thoroughly so I could never cause myself an injury or much myself too far. I wouldn't go anywhere else. Thanks Rachel, Emma X
