Jade Marie Yoga

Jade's yoga classes are fantastic. They are always at a comfortable pace with clear instruction. I always feel rejuvenated after each session. Since partaking in yoga I do feel the benefit both physically and mentally. Thanks Jade.

I am so very proud of my daughter. Jade has worked so hard to reach her goal. And always finds a new challenge ie pregnancy yoga. Next yoga idea I bet is being planned. Jade has always wanted to share what she has found through her own yoga journey. And to help others. Jade carefully thinks through her teaching plans so that all levels can safely practice and don't feel on show. (I think many of us have been to exercise classes of some form and felt inadequate) Jade encourages, but most importantly makes you feel comfortable and safe in relation to your ability and wishes. I maybe biast but I am completely honest too. Those that know me will agree I do tell the truth! I hope you all enjoy jade's sessions, embrace her as friend and a fellow yoga lover. I hope to get back to her sessions soon, I broke my ankle so my practice on hold at the moment, but cannot wait to be in yoga heaven again! Oh those shavasana's! Embrace every moment.
