With the expertise of Ark media whom helped us produce a video to demonstrate the need, for support to young carers, we have been successful in our application to Comic Relief for a new young carers service.
The service will provide youth workers/life coaches to deliver targeted intervention during transition into adulthood for 375 Young Carers over a three year period which will help the Young carers achieve better qualifications (including key skills); access college/higher education, apprenticeships & training courses; ultimately achieve stable, meaningful career/jobs, so they can provide a happy home for themselves and their family.
Ark media have again demonstrated how important quality professional video is a benefit to organisations to sell their services and secure new business/funding.
