I switched my business broadband over to Midlands Tel.Co over a year ago saving me quite a packet from my previous provider, the fact I've never had to call Midlands Tel.Co about any issues over a 15 months period speaks for itself regarding their customer service. When the engineer came out reconfigure our broadband settings/hardware he was on time, very polite and professional.

I have never had an issue with Julie, Stuart or anyone at Midlands Telco. I have been with them for nearly 5 years and they have been great and very cheap. Stuart got to my line in just under 2 hours and I was back working so cannot fault them. Not sure what more you could want from a local business phone Company and I bet the bad reviews are not real in any case. Thanks Julie

I work for a contracts management company and deal many phone suppliers including Midlandstel.co, I have always found them easy to work with in comparison to a number of other suppliers. As always where reviews can be left you will always have people abuse the system and I have to say that some of the negative reviews aren't real customers. I mean come on who gets a sales call and goes directly to write a review, not many I suspect!!!

I can understand the reviews these guys I've got after my recent phone call with them to see what services they could provide my business, whoever it was I supposed to didn't seem to know the difference between a landline and the broadband service that sits on that line, needless to say I did not place an order for any services they don't seem to know what they're doing or talking about
