Excellent staff evryone is friendly polite and have been extremely good to me I been promoting the big issue outside with my Dogs And I am looking for security work my charge is 200 per day cash or in crypto. and its been an absolute pleasure helping the store out with preventing shoplifters and the lovely customers that need my assistance. Very happy to accommodate them and your staff as they are an absolute marvel to be around. I am shocked to see a few of your stores I have worked outside are being targeted heavily! For thefts by organised individuals chancers and as part of a team , undesirables look outs etc.. I managed to be a great detterant Today I had some abuse Obviously there not happy And one manage to slip through my fingers with a basket Ran for his life He came with work wear high viz And a back pack He comes fills up the basket Throws it in the bushes puts the stuff in the back pack and ready for his next time for easy pickings. I am hoping he wont be back But I know his face I will just retrieve the goods If I see him again And return them to the store I dont understand why you dont have security in some of the smaller stores Your losing 1-2k a day or more in stock Thats over 350-700k a year in thefts from a high targeted vanurable store! True cost might. 100-200k to your store budget overall maybe more including costs to deliver it cool it etc.. But you could pay 50-&70k a year security And avoid the thefts & start getting people arrested so they dont come back again!! I hate to see M&S being targeted like this as its my favourite store and its been my life line to survival And its my familys favourite store 2 Thank you for showing me so much respect to all the staff at M&S From the bottom of my heart and soul thank you Teddykia&kiko
