After we were let down big by our builder regarding a side double extension in that the extension was built but the builder had not completed the foundations to drawings and were not adequate so we could not get it signed off with inspector. Builder left us in this state not wanting anything to do with it. So we were left with a extension that could not get passed off by building control. Only option was looking like a complete knock down and rebuild. Not knowing what to do this is where Paul Silvester design comes in. As soon as i made the call he understood the situation and thanks to Paul and his hard work we now have a completed extension signed off with building control. Great work thankyou.
