Sofas & Stuff - Sutton Coldfield - Birmingham

From the moment I arrived at the Sutton Coldfield store, James made me feel welcome and put me at ease. He listened intently and advised me accordingly, showing me different colour options and advised me on fabric suitability as I have 3 cats. I would recommend James and this store to any of my friends and family. I purchased a beautiful large 3 seater sofa based upon Jamess advice.

Update: April 2023 - My beautiful Holmfirth sofa arrived and I am thrilled with it! Lovely friendly helpful staff at Sofas and Stuff in Sutton Coldfield. Liberty was extremely helpful with colour suggestions so I feel confident with my order. I'm looking forward to when it arrives!

Really disappointed with our sofa. When we sat on the one in the store, it was really comfortable. Unfortunately, ours is the most uncomfortable sofa we have ever purchased (the most expensive too). We returned to the store several months later and they offered to replace the cushions (at cost price). We took a cushion in so that they could compare it to the one in the shop. Although it was clearly not the same, the assistant manager tried it and said that she couldnt tell the difference. She then asked two of her work colleagues to see if they could tell the difference. As they were clearly biased, they agreed with her! We would not recommend this store!

Staff were extremely helpful and knowledgeable. A great selection of quality fabrics and we are delighted with our sofa purchase.

We visited last Saturday on a very miserable, rainy day but we were welcomed into the showroom and made to feel like old friends. We were left to browse and when we had narrowed down our choice Emily was on hand with her fantastic knowledge of her products & fabrics, her fabulous customer service skills and advice. She then sent us via email a 'mock up' of how our sofa will look and is sending us samples of our chosen materials through the post. It was a lovely experience. Thank you Sofas and Stuff, especially Emily for all you help.
