Absolute disgrace of agency to work with refused To pay me and made up a load of innocence when I travelled all around UK for nothing I easily lost 600 pounds and will be seeking legal options to retrieve it!

It seems I have had a very different experience with FastTrack than the other people who have left reviews as mine is a highly positive one. I dealt with Kris Asson and he couldn't have been more helpful. He was very easy to get on with, updating me with potential roles and interviews constantly, always came back quickly with feedback and even just got in touch to see how I was getting on while I was going through a redundancy process. He was always easy to get a hold of and would answer any questions I put to him. My whole experience has been great and I would defiantly recommend working with Kris.

I got in touch with Kris Asson in September and it was the best decision i have made in my career. I was in a job that i didn't enjoy and he made me aware of some of the careers i could get involved in. The whole process from the first interview right up to my first day, Kris was very supportive and helpful throughout. I would highly recommend getting in touch with Kris if you need help and advice in regards to what opportunities he has available that might benefit you. I personally have had a great experience using both Kris Asson and FastTrack and haven't looked back since starting my new role. Thanks again Kris!

I am not happy with the overall experience I have received with this agency. I applied for a role and managed to get an interview and the feedback I received afterwards was positive. The job sounded very good and was very interested in the vacancy. Since the feedback I received, I had not heard a word from the consultant at all. I had to do all the chasing and he kept saying "once I hear something, I'll let you know". Then to find out eventually I wasn't successful. I would rather have been informed about this than having the silent treatment as I didn't know where I stood with this agency. The part that disappointed me the most was the service. The aftercare candidate was below to my expectations. As I've worked in recruitment before and I know the process, the no 1 rule is help, check in and build relationships with the candidates at all times. So to summarise my review, I am appalled with the aftercare service this agency provided. Basically, if you're unsuccessful, they won't tell you. You have to find out this yourself. Luckily, I have a new position now but with another agency and they were fantastic. Start to end, continuous contract and very informative. Be careful with this agency. These are my reasons I am awarding this agency 1 star. Happy job hunting.
