Oakley recruitment have been so so helpful. Jo and Danielle were both super easy to talk to and made the job hunting process so much less intimidating! They provided helpful interview prep and so much support from start to finish. If I ever need a new job in the future I will definitely choose Oakley recruitment.

I would not recommend this agency as it wasted my time. I was first contacted by them trying to sell me a low-paying job which I did not apply for. I then told them about my experience (Clerly did not read my CV) and recommended a job they had. I applied through Oakley and got an interview. A day before the interview Oakley contacted me to tell me the company found someone for the job who applied directly on the company website and my interview was cancelled. This was probably not Oakley Flaut but I do think it was unprofessional as I did a lot of research before the interview. It was clear Oakley was not communicating with the company. That's why I would not recommend this agency

I was interviewed by extremely welcoming people. Joanne and Lucy were fantastic at guiding me through the process; it wad amazing to have feedback before anything became official. Amazing experience.

The service I have received from Oakley Recruitment has been amazing!! I cannot thank Joanne enough for not only finding me the perfect role I was looking for but also for preparing me and making me feel at ease throughout my whole interview process, She was such a big help and im very grateful for the time and effort she put into assisting me with my job search!!
