        Charged a large letter fee for an A5 letter (which is small as per the dimensions stated on the Royal Mail website). I queried why it was so high and was told it was the cheapest cost for the letter (which is demonstrably false). I will be revisiting to demand a refund for the difference.

        Had to get car tax for disabled driver went to 3 post office before this and sent away but no problems at boldmere post office thanks for your help
