        Really helpful lady behind PO counter talked me through taxing my new car; I have always previously been able to renew on line but buying ex motorbility vehicle needed support from the Post Office.

        Customers beware! Ensure you get receipt from these scammers. Upon checking my account I found 3 separate withdrawals on a single day from one visit. Upon visiting store next time, I politely notified the manager/owner of what had occured and asked if it would be possible to look into, not immediately but when convenient for them. As I believe I only made one transaction, I received an abrupt answer 'No we cant! We don't have time for that, call your bank and ask them.' I questioned his reply politely, to which he just gave me his back. Causing me embarrassment in front of other customers. I walked out in shock, as to how someone in that position could be so miserable/impolite and rude to a customer.
