        Everytime I visit this post office the older Indian lady is rude, please dont get a job in customer service if you dont know how to treat customers. Today I yet again came out feeling really upset to the point where I refuse to go in again which is why I have wrote this review to warn other customers of her.

        Opening hours advertised are not correct. Visited at 5:45pm and told post office closed due to being busy (advertised as 7pm closure). Asked when the post office opens and told could be 8am or could be 9am but did not seem sure. Cannot be relied upon.

        young lady that works in there doesnt have good service skills, shop looks old not going there again. do not recommend would rather go Blackwood- much better service!

        The young Indian girl who serves at this post office needs to go on a customer service course nearly every member of my family have had a negative rude service of her its a shame because the other staff are all very good and the only reason I do go here.
