        Wanted a passport photo told us we needed an appointment and couldnt book it until next year, really!! glad they can afford to turn customers away

        Lady at till 6 was very polite and helped with my road tax refund query. Had to return to get a stamp and the girl on till 4 was very rude. Didn't say please or thanks when handing over my change. Didn't even acknowledge me as a customer. This was on Friday afternoon at approx 12pm

        What lovely ladies that looked after me today so easy to renew your passport. No forms to fill. No hassle. It was a please to be served by Maureen especially. Made the whole process so easy. And with a smile. Great service. I wanted to do online feedback. But it would not allow me. I've sent email saying feedback web page in error. Shame as I wanted to give Maureen 10 out if 10 feedback
