        Called Simon to have a look at my pond as the water was green and I couldn't see any of the fish. This guy really knows his stuff gave me a detailed explanation of the what was causing the issue and whether it should be fixed or left to the UV filter to clear the pond. Measured my pond to provide me with a quote and I'll definitely recommend and call back again.

        This guy is a complete time waster. First appointment he doesn't show up. Then second appointment he takes down all the details of what we need doing, and says he'll come back to me within a couple of days with a quote. 2.5 weeks later I've heard nothing back. I texted him but doesn't even have the courtesy to reply. If your time is precious to you then try elsewhere.
