Huw has been an absolute pleasure to work with. He works hard, keen to make sure everything is done to a high standard, and is reliable, knowledgeable, and friendly. Huw spent three days at our home doing a few different jobs including installing a new boiler. He kept us in the loop throughout the whole process, and went out of his way to solve an issue with the new boiler. Well be recommending Huw to everyone hes very easy to get along with, and acted in accordance to the Covid-19 guidelines. We felt very comfortable having him in our home. Fast, efficient, professional service, very quick response to our emergency case. Huw is an excellent plumber and he was able to help us even on Sunday, despite his day off what he was spending with his family.
