Mark is without a doubt the most reliable tradesman we have ever worked with. He fitted our upstairs bathroom and is booked in to do our downstairs bathroom. He is reliable, honest, friendly and does a great job. Everything from quote to installation I have nothing but praise for his work and attitude- and I have high standards!

We have recently retained Mark to sort out our bathroom following some shoddy work done by another. He is without a doubt one of the most pleasant, efficient and skilled tradesmen I have had the pleasure to have work on my property. Firstly, he was incredibly punctual. Both when he turned up for his quote and each day of his work. You could set your watch by him. His quote, and all his paperwork, was provided quickly and professionally. His quote was accurate and fully set out all the work that was required. He was also excellent at keeping us informed at every stage of the process. Finally, and most importantly, is the quality of his craftsmanship. His work really is of the highest standard. The work undertaken for us was the re-tiling of a shower and installation of a new shower and screen. His grouting is neat and tidy, and finished to a very high standard. We are absolutely thrilled with what he has done. I also have to comment on how tidy he is as a workman. I have never had such a tidy workman in our property. Every day, following completion, he mopped the floor, and stored his tools away. Save for the small area of work in the bathroom, you wouldn't have known he was there. An exceptional tradesman; truly exceptional. We would recommend Mark to friends and family without hesitation. We would use his services again in an instant. Service: Plumbing leak detection
