I have been a regular doing Pilates three days a week at Sutton Park Pilates Studio for over a year, and I cannot recommend it enough. After just a couple of months, I could already see a huge difference in my body, particularly in terms of my posture. And the chronic lower back pain Id had was gone! As the months went on, I continued to get stronger and slimmer. I attribute this to the knowledge and professionalism of my instructor, Lucy. She always listens to my needs and concerns and designs exercises accordingly. She constantly introduces new exercises that further my strength and capability, and I cannot believe how far I have come! Doing Pilates at Sutton Park Pilates Studio has been great for both my physical and mental health. The studio itself is clean and welcoming with a beautiful garden and lake view, and Lucy is friendly and professional. I highly recommend this studio to anyone looking to improve their physical well-being and overall quality of life. And if you want to have a toned and slim body without a diet (it's crazy!), I'd recommend you do pilates at least two (ideally three) days a week regularly ;)

I was completely new to Pilates and the equipment when I first saw Lucy at Sutton Park Pilates. Lucy made me feel completely at ease in her fantastic studio with a beautiful outlook over Sutton Park. I suffered with lower back pain and hoped that Pilates would help and it has. Lucy is a brilliant teacher and has patiently taught me over the last year. I have seen a complete change in my posture, I stand taller and I am stronger. I look forward to continuing my Pilates journey with Lucy.

I loved my online class. Lucy was great, really knowledgable, worked me hard and taught me how to get in to the right positions to really feel the benefit. She kindly gave me a quick virtual tour of the studio and outside exercise space, which looks wonderful - I've got more lessons booked and can't wait for the physical opening.

I started one-to-one sessions with Lucy due to problems with my back. She is an amazing instructor and puts in so much effort with each session. Her sessions have made a real difference to my mobility and have helped stabilise my back I would highly recommend her.

When I couldn't get into Lucy's lovely pilates studio for sessions, then zoom was a second best. I have to say it has been the best ever.!! To be able to exercise with Lucy's expert care and attention has been brilliant. Not only have I lost inches off my waist, back and love handles. My core is so much stronger, and my abs are starting to appear again If you want to get your body into shape then Lucy will get you there. Covid doesn't have to stop you getting back into shape, it can with Lucy's help get you a body to be proud of. Professional with a down to earth approach... Goes at your pace and makes it work for you as an individual. Thank you!
