very discriminatory and they make it a NIGHTMARE to join on purpose. the woman i emailed is very rude and they send you pages of information without actually saying anything. i sent a payment for an introduction class just for the lady to come back and tell me that i cant attend this class or that class. an absolute waste of time. dont bother.

Bevs knowledge of Pilates is outstanding and her ability to teach and translate to her classes is like nothing I have ever been to before, after spinal surgery i was lacking confidence back into fitness , Bev has taught me to be more aware of my body and with a little effort and commitment to class nothing is impossible! I have been attending Pilates heaven for 5 years. The small group classes (maximum 10 people) mean that the exercises can be tailored to each individual taking in to account any injuries or restrictions people may have. After a recent knee injury Ive just had a private lesson with Bev in which she gave me targeted exercises to help me get me back to my original fitness level. Bevs knowledge is second to none and I would highly recommend Pilates heaven.

This is the first exercise class I have ever stuck at longer than a few weeks. Bev has great knowledge and is a very skilled teacher. She makes the classes fun and quite clearly cares a great deal about ensuring we get the best out of our efforts. She's very good at encouraging us all to put the extra effort in at home and praising when we achieve improvements.
