Absolutely awful customer service and professionalism. Needed an emergency item and 111 told me to go here as was open until 11pm. Phoned from 10pm onwards and no answer. Arrived at the location to two young female staff members who firstly didnt open the door and clearly wanted to watch the clock until closing time. After knocking consistently they finally opened and clearly had disturbed their dinner as they were eating a takeaway as the delivery driver was stood chatting away. This was clearly a priority over helping customers. Was told they didnt answer the phone as they maybe were on another call. Absolutely shocked by the service we received which was very dismissive and was in disbelief especially as someone who works in healthcare.

Why state you open at 8am when you clearly dont? I stood outside until 8:15 this morning in the cold and now Im late for work. Sort yourselves out!!!
