This pharmacy is a nightmare never had to wait so long for anything they are too slow don't have a clue what they are doing never using it again bet I'm not on my owe, plus twice when I was there people have come in saying they had someone else's medication in bag now that's dangerous

Awful service, they just ignore you for ages and then when they do serve you they don't say sorry about the wait or anything like that. Happens all the time, they all seem a bit grumpy, we all hate our jobs sometimes but please try to put on a brave face.

I just tried to attend a flu jab appointment that I made a month ago, only to be told that the pharmacist on duty wasn't trained to administer flu jabs. I wasn't notified beforehand and was told they don't know whether pharmacists can administer jabs until the day before, so I wasn't able to reschedule. I now have an appointment at Boots tomorrow, and I won't be using Lloyds again.

Turned up 30 minutes before they close to find that they had gone home. According to a Sainsburys staff member a regular occurance. They turn up late and leave early.

Yet again unfortunately a horrendous customer experience with the Lloyds Pharmacy that is situated within Sainsburys. Rang 12 times over a period of four hours regarding a request for some painkilling topical skin creams, as suggested / recommended by the paramedics. Every time, the call was cut off after 12 or so rings. In desperation I got through to Sainsburys Customer Service direct on their own separate number, and Mark the Manager provided true five star service by going down to the pharmacy in person and handing them his phone. I would like to respectfully suggest that this one star rating is solely with regard to the Lloyds Pharmacy itself and not Sainsburys. I must add that a few years ago, before Covid, I experienced exactly the same problem with Lloyds Pharmacy within Sainsburys so it would appear that they still have not learnt any lessons. May I suggest that Lloyds Pharmacy provide a critical service within the confines of a market-leading superstore brand - and as such - should practice a duty of care to ensure that they provide a reliable and trustworthy service and also learn from previously registered failings and adapt accordingly. Thanks.
