        Disgraceful customer service and overall attitude from the staff at this MW Phillips. Extremely rude arrogant pharmacist who basically said the exact opposite to what the NHS & 111 had said. Never have I heard a health care professional respond with I dont know and thats not our problem / take it up with them. Will never be using this branch ever again and hope an internal review is done into this shockingly run practise with the worst customer service possible. 0/10 and a compliant has been lodged.
