        Just went to collect a prescription that my husband handed in over 2 hours ago and was told it wasn't ready. I said I'm not very happy about that. Eventuslly they found it and it had been done.I heard the woman with black hair behind the counter say she can go be happy somewhere elsethen. I said I will and she accused ME of being rude. I said I expressed how I feel that isn't rude. The service has gone Fownhope rapidly and after 30+ years of using this branch I refuse to go back.

        We had our first vaccination today at M W Phillips chemist at Shady Lane Oscott. Johns was booked first mine 20 mins later. The staff were very friendly and put us in together. In the space of 20 minutes we were ready to come home. We did have to wait 15 mins to check we had no side effect. Can I congratulate you all on your professionalism and care. Absolutely first class. See you in April. Take care
