Staffs are friendly and very helpful. Was looking for something I needed and they helped me. The cleaner in boldmere was very helpful also she call someone to help me with what im looking for, shes also friendly and always smiling and greet people, very lovely young lady.

Pharmacy.....pick up the phone! No good if you can't ring up too see if a prescription has arrived.

Usually friendly, helpful staff, although it seems that they have difficulty managing repeat prescriptions. There always seems to be something missing, causing repeated journeys between the surgery and the pharmacy, and gaps in the supply of important medication.

Always late opening (why) tried for 2 days to pick up my prescription each time at least 9 people in front of me with one person dealing with prescriptions yet they always have 2 members of staff stocking selves Bad service needs sorting asap
