        Professional and friendly PT, Phil comes highly recommended as he is patient and very supportive. Answers all my questions promptly and most of all, an hours workout seems to fly by which is worth every penny as Im not someone who enjoys working out!

Ive learnt a lot from Phil with how to use weight training in my programme. Hes a great guy and I feel really comfortable working with him. I highly recommend Phil!

        Phil is a super lovely guy who makes you feel at ease. He adjusted exercises to help me as I suffer with arthritis. He is very encouraging and professional. Totally recommend to people of any fitness level.
