Lisa is the BEST!! I have been training with Lisa for a few months now, via zoom and in the happy hut. Since working with her my mindset towards fitness has completely changed! I have worked with several PTs in the past, all with different skill sets and specialties. Lisa is by far the most approachable, professional and fun PT I have ever worked with. We are also best friends, which can be very challenging when trying to mix friendship with business, but it definitely worked for us. We trained together to complete our first Tough Mudder (when we were both 50) and we completed the challenge together and supported each other throughout this amazing challenge. Lisa has listened to what I wanted to achieve with my fitness and made training fun to reach my goals, and when I was struggling to complete a certain move or exercise due to an existing injury, she would investigate other ways to help without causing further discomfort so I could continue with my fitness journey. I would highly recommend this wonderful lady if you are looking to increase your overall health & fitness and wellbeing.

Lisa is amazing! She has really given me a new found motivation and a new perspective on fitness. Her classes are extremely fun and always diverse in terms of exercises which we can do from home at other times too. I love how each exercise has different adaptations put in place so anyone can give it ago and still feel the full effect of the exercise. I find Lisa very motivating as she is a super fun trainer who communicates with us all the time, whether it's motivating us to keep going during a training or communicating tips and next steps. I can't wait for 1-1 sessions in person with Lisa aswell as continuing to attend the zoom classes. Thank you for being that help and motivation I needed to get my fitness journey on track. You're the best!

I joined Lisas online classes about 6 weeks ago and she has transformed how I think about exercising. She is an excellent motivator & she delivers fun & challenging classes. I cant recommend Lisa enough. One of the things I like the most is that she caters for all fitness levels , advanced & beginner and Ive not once felt awkward or out of my depth. Thankyou Lisa! x
