I started training with Luke nearly 2 years ago aged 38, being somewhat of a stranger to exercise up to this point. Wow what a difference his sessions have made - I feel so much fitter and healthier. He motivates and encourages me without making me feel like I am at bootcamp! I now have hard legs with muscle definition and can knock burpees out like a pro

I always look forward to my weekly sessions with Luke. He really knows his stuff and will adapt any exercise to suit if I ask. I have really improved muscle tone since I started his training in May.
