I have been training with Danielle for around 2 months now. From our first session, she put me at ease. She is so friendly and calm and does a great job of explaining things when I have questions about the exercises were doing or about my diet. She has provided me with great advice on how to manage my food and what I eat and how to track this, and has completely changed my relationship with food. She is always there on the other end of the phone if I have a question or just need a bit of reassurance or a pep talk if Im struggling. I really cant wait to carry on my journey with Dani and am so excited to see results soon. For anyone that needs encouragement, Dani is a fantastic PT and has become a great friend too.

I decided this year was the year to get fit and lose some weight and get into shape. At Home Fitness they paired me with Danielle. She's lovely, whilst being dedicated to her work. Very encouraging and provides nutritional information as well. Takes into account any medical problems you may have and will ensure you doing nothing to exacerbate your condition. Always cheerful, makes my day with a rush of adrenaline at the end. Once I gave finished the six course week trial, I will certainly carrying on with Danielle. Deb

Danielle is a fabulous trainer. I am more than twice her age but she absolutely gets me and how to motivate me. I particularly wanted to shape my arms. For the first time in my life I no longer have wobbly flesh there. Working out with Danielle is a joy. Now I have finished my programme I have had to book a session a week because seeing her is the thing that keeps me on track
