    We have been training with Rob for a number of years. He is helpful, encouraging, trustworthy and very reliable. When we started I had done no exercise for years and was very unfit. For the first few months we trained in my garage as I had not got the confidence to go out. Fast forward to today and we run regularly outside and my fitness and stamina have improved immensely. All down to the gentle coaxing and encouragement shown by Rob. I would have no hesitation in recommending Rob no matter what your fitness levels are.

I have never discussed his philosophy with him but it seems to me that it is to extend without over extending his client. In doing so he is very aware and very careful.     I signed up with Rob in September of last year after feeling very unfit and lethargic. I was terrified about starting to exercise again but Rob was fantastic and very understanding, he came to my house for our first few sessions as I was extremely anxious and nervous about exercising in public spaces. We now meet in the park as my confidence and fitness has improved dramatically. Rob has taught me the importance of consistency with exercise, and how something is always better than nothing.. I would highly recommend Rob as a trainer, he is very supportive and extremely reliable.

He routinely switches my programme to maintain my enthusiasm and motivation. In that time, we have either been running, cycling, weight training, rowing or doing pilates-based exercises. We have trained outdoors and indoors. When I have had health issues my training has been adapted to allow for it. There hasnt been a time where anything was too much trouble. He tunes in to your health and fitness requirements and works diligently with you to achieve those needs. He inspires confidence in how to attain them. If a recommendation is required, then I couldnt rate Rob highly enough.
