Rich Palmer PT

Rich and I have been working together to get me leaner for about 3 months. Throughout that time Rich has consistently been present and focused, tweaking and adjusting a detailed plan to suit me and my body, handling both illness and injury. The progress I have made I couldnt have made on my own. Having Rich there to physically and mentally motivate me has been a key difference and has broken me out of a solid plateau in my own workouts. Id recommend Rich to all as I think his flexible approach and solid experience can help a person of any age, ability or confidence.

I have known and worked with Rich for 4 years now. I struggled to maintain any interest working out on my own. His approach is detailed, considered and always produces positive results. He allows you to go at your own pace, yet does challenge. His sessions are fun, and at the end, i always felt better for them. I've no issue in recommending him.

Ive been training with Rich for nearly a year now. It was initially for a few months but when I saw the benefits in how his development plan made a difference in how I looked and felt, Ive kept it going. Rich is easy to get along and pushes you in the exercises when he needs to, helping you hit targets you never thought youd reach. If youre thinking of getting a PT, Rich is the go-to guy. Get some sessions booked with him - you wont regret it.

Richard has a wealth of experience. Aswell as training he also helped with a diet plan. Around great knowledge and great value for money.
