Had many items ordered from this shop in the past with no issues but was disappointed with the service Id received the other day. Hole in my balloon and I know for sure this was not damaged when in transit. Refused to refund and tried to charge me for a new balloon for an event Id had planned and never ended up having the balloon for. Hopefully this doesnt occur if future purchases are made. Was also mistold information on how to store this.

Fantastic shop and service. Our family has used Harlequin for years. Carol sells the best balloons, which last for the longest time. Highly recommend!

Always a delight and pleasure to visit this shop. Always great service and will always continue to recommend. Such lovely ideas and marvellous creations that bring nothing but smiles and joy to the recipient. Been using for years and years and for many more. The only place to go to for balloons, specialist gift wrapping, party decorations and much more.

Just walked in and asked if I could buy a helium balloon. Lady who was quite eager to close her shop told me quite rudely and fairly loud tone in front of other customers that they were shut and she couldn't help me. Really did not appreciate the tone. I felt quite humiliated in front of another customer. She could have said what she had to say politely. Not sure why she singled me out... She really needs to learn some basic manners.
