        I went into the New Oscott , Sutton Coldfield Store on the 12th April as I had to return some faulty walking boots . James was so understanding, friendly, helpful, respectful and listened intently. Not once did he make me feel awkward in having to return the faulty boots . He then offered an exchange for another pair of boots. He then helped me to choose a better quality of boot. Unfortunately the store hadn't got my size so he kindly ordered them for me online. Another assistant called Joe also assisted me towards the end of the sale. I would always choose this shop in the future. A pity there aren't more assistants like James and Joe in the Retail Trade.
