Excellent service from start to finish, reception staff were friendly and professional. Ben the optician was very thorough, knowledgeable and reassuring during the test process, and Jo the dispenser was extremely efficient in helping me choose the right frame and lens type. I cant recommend them enough and will certainly be returning.

The missus and I both picked our new glasses up today after having eye tests last week (including a diabetic retinopathy test for me). Friendly staff, great service and both of the visits felt very Covid safe. We would recommend them to anyone.

Very rude dispensing optician. Very nice receptionist and optometrist. Every time I went there to collect my frame, this dispensing optician were very rude to me. My frame arrived on Saturday and no body advised me of that while they knew I was desperate for my new frame and all they had to do was just swap my lenses in to the new frame. Anyway went there on Tuesday and she said she cant do it now. Had go there again on Thursday at 2.00 pm and she said she cant do it and she only start her work from 3pm. I get it but that can be said nicely. Then she said normally they sent the frame away to get the lenses swapped (lool) when that can be done within 2 secs. I have worked as an assistant dispenser for two years! She is a liar too in that sense.
