        I definitely would not recommend the hearing service they provide, in all fairness they don't even deserve the 1 star, long story short, my mam got new hearing aids that they recommended she got the lifetime guarantee, she had to put one in to be fixed, was told it was probably a manufacturing fault, she was charged 100 for them to be fixed, even though they said it was a manufacturing fault, also charged 10 postage, we live in Sutton, they only got sent to the QE, the money was out of my parents account a the hearing aid back, isay after, this was at the end of May, to this day we've still not got the hearing aid back, my parents are ringing the shop being told that they'll look into it and they will ring my parents back which they never do, absolutely shocking customer service
