Don't be stupid like us and go to the big companies. You end up saying, like my wife and I did, ,"we should have gone to Tony at Charles Morris!!" Superb prices, lovely knowledgeable gentleman. Lots of people have their opinions but we judge as we find. We are are not going anywhere else, think about your eye health. Thank you for helping my wife. Your attention to detail and reassurance that are second to none.

I live in Devon and was at The Belfry on a course when I a pain in my eye became so intense I left and called in as an emergency that turned out to be an infected corneal ulcer (diagnosed in the opticians room and confirmed at the hospital). Amazing service and professionalism both from Callum and a second opinion optometrist (apologies I forget the name) before sending me straight to hospital. I was seen very quickly at the hospital thanks to a direct call from Callum direct to the eye hospital. Ive been in absolute agony and these guys did the very best for me and it is greatly appreciated. Thank you so much. Very, very pleased I came to see you.

Cant fault them - the whole team, especially the opticians are fantastic. Always friendly, and so thorough with the eye tests. As a family we wouldnt go anywhere else!

I booked an eye test here at short notice based on some concerns over possible rheumatological issues that could have involved my eyes. My GP pointed me to Charles Morris specifically due to their advanced testing capabilities and their broad and deep expertise. They saw me very quickly (next day) and I cannot praise the service enough. The optician doing my tests was thorough and reassuring. His personal manner was excellent and I felt he really took the time to explain to me what tests he was doing, why, and what they showed. I left feeling enormously reassured, and clear on what I can do to protect my eye health in future. I believe his name was Callum (though I may have that wrong, apologies if so). I would like to thank him personally for his excellent standard of care today. It has meant a lot to me during an anxious time.
