Some staff are lovely but some sound unhappy. My mum is bed bound but not enough staff to put her in a chair and take her out into garden in nice weather. Once in 3 years taken outside by family. No functions, things disappear and use other belongings on others. With dimentia unable to have own phone and therefore rely on nurse on floor and regularly too busy.

I have found the care here to be outstanding. I visit my mother daily and cannot recommended the setting highly enough. The staff really do care about the residents. In my opinion, the home is well led and managed with attention paid to detail. The whole staff team work tirelessly to ensure that residents have the best care possible. Beech Hill Grange is the size of home which I favour - large enough to provide the funding to support the many activities and amenities and multiple qualified nurses etc. yet small enough that residents receive personal care. The meals are of a very high standard and cooked on site with a roast meal option (one of a number of options), on menus nearly every day. The staff work in teams so that residents are usually cared for by the same groups of carers and develop close relationships with them, yet all carers get to know all residents throughout the care home when residents are in communal areas. This means that if staff are on annual leave etc., cover can still be provided by carers who know the individual residents, rather than whole teams of agency staff. Many senior staff are highly experienced, and, as such, are highly knowledgeable and anticipate the needs of clients. Simply put, they really know their stuff. If high quality care, in a well-kept, attractive environment, at a reasonable price point, are what youre looking for, you might very well find this to be just the place for your loved one. I certainly have found it to be perfect placement for my mother.

I would like to I thank the staff at Beech Hill Grange for the care and dedication they have shown to our family . Our family member has joined Beech Hill and has flourished due to the care that all the staff have shown us all . They are dedicated , professional , and most of all genuinely care about the residents. It is a joy to walk through Beech Hill to see everyone part of a big family . Special events are recognised making each individual feel special. We would particularly like to thank Tammy, Julie , Danielle, Ashley , Amy, Jody and many more . To see them all truly take time to show the residents respect and dignity is so lovely to see. They work tirelessly to make it the best it can be for every resident and nothing is ever too much trouble however busy they are . The Nursing Team are also dedicated and caring and always do their very best to help . The laundry and cleaning Team are also dedicated and work tirelessly to keep standards to the very best they can be . Again they truly care, and it means so much to us . Our family member doesnt access the food but it always looks fresh appealing and nutritious when we walk through the restaurant . Reception always offer a kind and friendly face and support in any way that they can. We are so very grateful . When we find ourselves as a family in a vulnerable place when our loved one needed care this worrying experience has been made the best it can be by Beech Hill Grange . Keep up the good work and thank you so very much.
