Wylde Green Nursery

This nursery let my children down, my daughter wasn't fed when I paid for her meals, my son was being toilet trained and sent home in wet pants, the food trays were dropped on the floor with food in and taken into the nursery. The food is microwave food not freshly cooked.

Wylde green is a very caring environment, I love how it is open plan so children can become confident and learn from all ages of children, my children settled so well and are so happy at the nursery. They have freedom to roam about and go outside even when its raining using the side garden, the staff are all approachable and friendly, the work they do with the children is amazing and my two children have developed so much more since attending. Keep up the good work!

Highly recommended! Our boys have been very happy here. The staff are caring and supportive and our children have developed so much since joining. The children get lots of outdoor time which is always great and the indoor activities are always varied with something new for them to engage with. The app has been wonderfully reassuring and being able to see daily images of your child happy and playing makes such a difference. The staff are all so lovely and our kids talk very highly of them too.

Both our children went to this nursery, and it was great! The staff make amazingly good use of the small space they have, and they do so much with the children every day. We were very happy with the love, care and support provided.

Absolutely fantastic nursery, our daughter has loved her time here and has brilliant bonds with all the nursery staff. They've done an amazing job at developing her confidence and her skills to help her be ready for school. The app is brilliant as we can see pictures of what activities she's done each day, as well as what she's had to eat and we can communicate with staff through it as well. The nursery responded to the Covid 19 pandemic extremely well, providing continued care for children of key workers as well as virtual keeping in touch sessions with children not able to attend. They communicated well throughout the lockdown and continued to provide an excellent level of care. The staff build lovely relationships with the children and I know our daughter will miss them very much when she leaves to go to school. I have not seen a better nursery and I visit lots as part of my job.
