The removal guys did work hard because lots of stairs to manoeuvre, but when removing my wardrobe from my old property, they slammed it into front door. Luckily, the didn't damage the wardrobe, but did knock off some of the fittings on handles.

Difficult move as my husband and I were separating and splitting our belongings between my husbands new home and mine into temporary storage. Journeys were abysmal. Boxes despite being clearly labelled were put in the wrong rooms at my ex husbands house. Some items even went to the wrong addresses, notably the trampoline which despite my ex husband telling John several times (I heard him) that it was to go into storage went to my ex husbands house meaning that we had to move it again at a later date. I still have items missing and assume that they are at my ex husbands possibly in the shed . The later removal of my belongings out of storage to my new home was very fraught. They arrived late on the day as one of the men had had to go to the dentist.John was very abrupt with me almost had me in tears after leaving me holding my display unit together as he accused us of losing the screws. I know this was not the case as I watched his men dismantle the unit in the first place. I had to call my ex husband to get him to come round and sort it out, he fitted some different screws. When I unpacked a couple of items were broken notably a standard lamp which had obviously been dropped and the shade scraped on something. My ex husband, who was responsible for hiring the removal company, applied for compensation for these items and was refused as we had not claimed within a week. Who has time to unpack everything within a week? All in all a terrible experience.

Very professional, efficient and took the stress out of a very trying time! No one believes me when I say they were all packed up by lunchtime including dismantling wardrobes, and then Van's all unpacked by 2.30!! This includes hanging around for the keys!!! Still dont know how the contents of my house and garden (5 people and a dog!) Managed to fit in the Van's, it was the best jigsaw puzzle I've ever seen with not a mark on anything!! Thanks so much would definitely use again!!
