        Bishops Manor is a lovely care home and all of the staff are friendly and welcoming. My parents are happy here and there are lots of activities going on each day. Thank you all at Bishops Manor.

        Where to start!!! What a fabulous home for my mother. Over 12 months ago mum was suffering with psychotic episodes and dementia. She was stressed and agitated, I was stressed and agitated, she wouldn't eat and was losing weight quite dramatically. Her journey into Bishops Manor was not a smooth transition emotionally for either mum or my family. Within a very short time she was settled, she feels loved and part of a large family. Mum (like many dementia residents) is adamant she works at the home and loves to try to organise and this is actively encouraged. She has put weight on and appears very happy. The Reach Out Cafe for families of dementia residents is a godsend and I continue to take support from others. When visiting unexpectedly I love to watch her interacting with the other residents and you can literally feel the love that the carers have for all the people they care for. I now have my life back and mum is very happy. Thank you to all who work in this fabulous home.
