I can honestly say starting my Pilates journey with PL Studio at Sutton Coldfield was life-changing! PL Studio offers small classes where knowledgable instructors help you develop your Pilates technique, whether you are brand new to it or an experienced practitioner. Pilates is so skill-full in that small movements develop you core, balance, strength and give you physical fitness & strength, and mental well-being. The team and also clients at the Studio have created a sanctuary.

I have being coming the the PL Health Hub for years and I absolutely love it. I love the flexibility of being able to book classes around the schedule of my family so I still get regular workouts but can also do everything else. I also love the variety of classes, and how I can mix it up, with different types of fitness class - cardio, strength training, etc. The instructors are always incredibly supportive and knowledgeable, it is just a real pleasure to attend classes ( my treat to myself ! ). I also really enjoy meeting the many different people that attend classes, its just so nice to meet new people.
