I was told that dogs are not allowed in the shopping centre and asked to leave.
I replied that I was in store a couple of weeks ago and the member of staff I spoke with said pets are allowed.
This member of staff is obviously a pet hater and did not care what I was saying.
She told me that the other member of staff wad wrong and insisted on us leaving.
I am a valuable customer and have spent hundreds of pounds in Sports Direct and this member of staff has just lost the company a good customer.
Sports Direct need to have a consistent level of training.
Disgusting, Unacceptable treatment of a customer.
Shame on you.
