Not sure why they run visiting for the public on a Saturday, they are never any availability literally till 2024. They have over price gift shop Saturday staff can be so over protective when you try to get close even though they have fences all round the donkeys bit deflating really and I know you can make donations but it's crazy set up. And staff are so rude on the phone its like there the only business to ever help animals,

It was lovely to see the donkeys but It would have been nice to have been able to buy food to feed them. Hard to get to see them as people hog the viewing area

Great place to visit. The Donkeys are very well cared for and the staff are all very friendly and knowledgeable. You do have to book to go (via their website)
