        Mel put in batteries on several watches and took out links from two new watches. Excellent quality service. Also a very trustworthy lady. I would thoroughly recommend.

        Mel the owner has been there years now she's a really lovely woman exerlant at her job and her prices are very reasonable too I wouldn't go anywhere else for a battery or a new watch strap worthy of all 5 stars.

        Lady behind the counter was very welcoming and professional. I bought watch in to fit a new strap. Unbeknownst to me, it was a very difficult strap which took her a while to fit. Even though it took a while she still only charged me the normal rate. (which was less than half the cost Timpsons wanted) Exceptional service!
