        Very dissatisfied with their customer care! I was booked in but wasnt sent the address on getting there after having to call their phones unending without them picking up. Only to be told to rebook! No apologies no remorse for wasting My time. Never coming here here.

        Today I had an appointment for eye test and Dr Sophie was brilliant and she explained step by step all the process during the eye test , Im glad from the service and team as well and especial thanks to Dr Sophie , definitely Ill recommend her for eye test

        Not happy with Boots optician. There's always a problem when my contact lens prescription changes and it's so frustrating that when you call them they rarely answer the telephone. I've been there waiting for my appointment and I hear the phone ringing and no one answers it! I'm definitely making plans to register somewhere else.
